Fantasy Football Front Office ("FFFO," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit TheFantasyFrontOffice.com, use FFFO member services, access the FFFO Optimizer, or contact FFFO Support.

Information You Provide

You may provide information when you contact FFFO Support, use member features, upload supported files, or otherwise communicate with us.

Support communications may include your email address, the information you provide about your issue, and any screenshots or other materials you voluntarily send. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card information, or other sensitive information to FFFO Support.

Optimizer Files and Member-Supplied Data

When you upload a supported salary or projection CSV, FFFO transmits the file to its optimizer service so the information can be parsed, matched, and used to perform the requested lineup-building functions. The current application processes uploaded CSV contents in memory and does not intentionally save the original uploaded files to a persistent FFFO database or file-storage system.

Parsed player and projection information may be processed during matching, optimization, and export operations. Technical logs may contain limited operational information such as an uploaded filename, file type or source, row counts, platform, request identifiers, status information, and processing time.

You should not include unrelated personal, confidential, or sensitive information in files uploaded to FFFO.

Membership and Whop

FFFO uses Whop for membership checkout and member authentication. When you authenticate through Whop, FFFO may receive limited account information needed to identify your Whop account and determine whether you have access to FFFO member services, such as a user identifier, username, display name where available, and membership-access status.

FFFO does not create a separate customer password for member access. Membership checkout and billing are handled through Whop rather than through a payment form operated by the FFFO public website. Whop's own collection and use of information is governed by Whop's applicable privacy terms and policies.

Cookies and Session Information

FFFO uses cookies and similar session technology where necessary to operate and secure its services. For member access, the FFFO Optimizer creates a secure session after Whop authentication. The session includes limited information needed to identify the member and confirm membership access.

The public FFFO website also uses a separate necessary session cookie for its restricted internal article-administration area. That cookie is used to protect administrative functions and is not a customer advertising or marketing cookie.

We have not implemented advertising-tracking or third-party analytics packages in the current public website application.

How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably necessary to operate FFFO, provide member access, verify membership status, provide optimizer functionality, respond to support requests, maintain and secure the service, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and improve our products and services.

We do not use information you submit to FFFO to make DFS contest, player, lineup, entry, or late-swap decisions on your behalf.

Payments

FFFO does not ask you to send payment-card information to FFFO Support. Membership checkout and billing are processed through Whop. Payment information supplied during that process is handled by Whop and its applicable payment providers, subject to their policies. The FFFO public website does not operate its own payment-card entry system.

Information Sharing

FFFO may share or make information available to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, membership system, authentication, optimizer, email support, hosting, databases, security, or related infrastructure.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse or fraud, or enforce our agreements.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to operate and secure FFFO, provide support, meet legitimate business needs, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Different types of information may have different retention periods. Session cookies are designed to expire automatically, while support communications and other business records may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary.

Security

FFFO uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information and account access. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Members should protect their Whop account credentials and should never send passwords or verification codes to FFFO Support.

Third-Party Services

FFFO relies on third-party services to provide portions of its service, including membership checkout and authentication through Whop and infrastructure providers used to host and operate FFFO. Those third parties may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. FFFO is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.

DraftKings, FanDuel, and the NFL are separate third parties. Fantasy Football Front Office is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, FanDuel, or the NFL.

Children's Privacy

FFFO is not intended for children. FFFO does not knowingly design or market its paid DFS-related services for children. Users are responsible for complying with the age, eligibility, location, and other requirements that apply to the DFS platforms and contests they choose to use.

Your Privacy Requests

You may contact FFFO to ask a privacy question or request assistance regarding information you have provided directly to FFFO. We may need to verify a request before taking action where necessary to protect account or information security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as FFFO, its features, or applicable requirements change. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date or provide other notice where appropriate. Your continued use of FFFO after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy.
