Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TheFantasyFrontOffice.com and the products, services, content, projections, optimizer tools and member features provided by Fantasy Football Front Office ("FFFO," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using FFFO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FFFO.

Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for determining whether you are legally and contractually eligible to use fantasy sports platforms, enter contests, and use FFFO in your location. You must comply with the age, location, eligibility, account, contest and other rules that apply to the platforms and services you choose to use.

You are responsible for the contests you enter, the players and lineups you select, the entries you submit, monitoring late news, reviewing player status, and making any late-swap or other contest decisions.

FFFO Provides Information and Tools

FFFO provides projections, player information, educational content, lineup-building tools and related member features. Projections are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by changing information.

Generated lineups are tools for your review. They are not instructions to enter a contest, and FFFO does not make contest-entry, player-selection, lineup, or late-swap decisions on your behalf.

No Guarantee of Results

FFFO does not guarantee player performance, lineup performance, contest results, winnings, profitability, return on entry fees, or any other financial or competitive outcome. Fantasy sports and DFS involve uncertainty and financial risk.

Membership, Billing and Whop

FFFO membership is currently offered at $24.99 per month with no free trial. Membership checkout, billing and member authentication are handled through Whop. FFFO does not create a separate customer password for member access.

Your Whop account and transactions may also be subject to Whop's own terms, policies and checkout conditions. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Whop account associated with your FFFO membership and for keeping that account secure.

Membership pricing, features and availability may change in the future. Any new pricing or material membership changes will apply as communicated through the applicable checkout, account, website or other notice provided at that time, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation, Lapsed Access and Billing Questions

Membership access depends on your current membership status through Whop. If your membership becomes inactive, canceled, expired, disputed, refunded, charged back, or otherwise no longer eligible for access, FFFO may suspend or remove member access.

Cancellation and billing actions are handled through the applicable Whop account and checkout systems. Questions about FFFO access may be sent to FFFO Support. Do not send payment-card information, passwords or verification codes to FFFO Support.

Your Account and Access

You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, rent, or otherwise provide your member access to another person. You are responsible for activity conducted through the Whop account and authenticated session used to access FFFO.

You must not attempt to bypass membership controls, authentication, entitlement checks, usage restrictions, technical protections, or other access controls.

Acceptable Use

You may use FFFO only for lawful personal use consistent with these Terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, probe or attack systems, introduce malicious code, abuse automated requests, scrape or extract protected member content at scale, or use FFFO in a way that harms FFFO, its infrastructure, other users, or third parties.

You may not use FFFO to violate the rules or terms of DraftKings, FanDuel, Whop, or any other third-party service.

Member-Supplied Files and Data

You are responsible for files, projections and other information you upload or submit to FFFO. You represent that you have the right to use and submit that material and that doing so does not violate law, contract, privacy, intellectual-property, or other third-party rights.

Do not upload unrelated personal, confidential, regulated, or sensitive information. Information submitted to the optimizer is handled as described in the FFFO Privacy Policy.

FFFO Content and Intellectual Property

FFFO's website design, branding, articles, educational materials, House Projections, software, optimizer functionality, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to FFFO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use FFFO for its intended purpose while you are eligible for access. It does not transfer ownership of FFFO content or software to you.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, republish, resell, redistribute, publicly post, create a competing database from, or commercially exploit protected FFFO member content, projections, software, or educational materials without permission.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

FFFO may interoperate with or refer to third-party platforms and services, including Whop, DraftKings and FanDuel. Those services are independently operated and may change their rules, formats, availability, APIs, requirements, terms or functionality without notice to FFFO.

Fantasy Football Front Office is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, FanDuel, or the NFL. FFFO is not responsible for third-party outages, account actions, contest changes, platform errors, payment processing, or other acts or omissions of independent third parties.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of FFFO when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes, third-party changes, abuse prevention, or business operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and Termination

FFFO may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, attempted unauthorized access, compromised security, abused FFFO systems or content, or no longer have an eligible membership.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and obligations arising from prior misuse, will continue to apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FFFO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We do not warrant that projections, player information, software, exports, site content, third-party data, or service availability will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FFFO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost winnings, lost contest opportunities, lost data, or other losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use FFFO, reliance on projections or information, lineup decisions, third-party platforms, or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FFFO's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to FFFO or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to FFFO for membership during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as FFFO, its features, applicable requirements, or business operations change. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date or provide other notice where appropriate. Your continued use of FFFO after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
